  • Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for the refund. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, wrapping papers, and gift bags, are not eligible for refunds.

3. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items that are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already been processed and shipped.
  • Process: To cancel an order, contact our customer service with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, it will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
  • Post-Shipping Cancellation: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item following the return policy guidelines once it has been received.
